Corrective Assessment

I came to Alex because of the pain I’ve had in my mid and low back due to my occupation. I knew she was the right one because she was thorough, has a great sense of humor and talked me through everything we were doing. I’ve never had an assessment this detailed either. She was able to transform the numbers into a stretching and strength routine and we are finally addressing the root causes of my pain. Sitting 8-10 hours a day really is fixable, I’ve been out of pain ever since.
