Individualized exercise prescription and weight training is offered to every client, tailored to your specific needs.
Monthly Packages
Private 1 on 1 Training:
Specialized exercise program with 1 on 1 training. Ideal for individuals with specific goals and hands on correction.
6 times a month package.
8 times a month (2x a week) package.
10 times a month package.
12 times a month (3x a week) package.
Correctional Performance Assessment:
Performance Assessment and Program Design designed for those who wish to live pain free and train hard without limitation. Required to work in person!*
(Assessment takes 1.5-2 hours to complete. After it is complete, a 4 week corrective program ((dependent on days per week)) will be designed to fix all muscular imbalance.)

Online Exercise Programming and Prescription:
Exercise programs for individuals who need less guidance. Ideal for those who need structured workout programs and accountability. Designed for your personal goals. Requires access to a gym or equipment.
Includes 6-8 week personalized exercise program to meet your specific goal. Macros and programming are included. Message me on the CONTACT page for a free goal setting session to learn more!
Online Macro Coaching:
Nutrition plans for individuals who need a structured meal plan with macros included. Adjustable/Flexible dieting for re-composition. Weekly check-ins and access to me and my group through my hub!

* Cancellation Policy for In-Person training: Must be notified 12 hours in advance from the start time of your scheduled session (without probable cause). Otherwise, session is consumed. *
*Cancellation Policy for online auto-debit: Must be aware of cancellation 30 days in advance to cancel. (All standard services are a three month minimum.)
