The attendee of the certification course learns proper joint range of motion and tolerances, and how to properly restore those joints through an exercise prescription of stretches and strengthening exercises. Its perfect for any Portal Performance client who wishes to move better through primal movement patterns. This is also suited for a person or athlete of any age, any fitness experience, or any occupation as a starting foundation of movement. The goal is to educate you, rebuild you, and set you on a better, more pain free path.

  • YES you can lose weight. With nutritional guidance and adherence of the strength portion, your body will naturally correct itself and lean out.
